1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk33cm ("bk33cm", "we", "us", "the Platform"), an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bk33cm.app. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the bk33cm website, its subdomains, associated mobile interfaces, and all services offered therein, including casino gaming, live dealer games, sports betting, and crash games.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or by continuing to access bk33cm after any amendment to this Agreement has been published, you unconditionally accept all terms herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the bk33cm platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation produced for informational purposes, the English text shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account with bk33cm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bk33cm strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point, including before the first withdrawal is processed.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bk33cm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off restriction placed by you through bk33cm's responsible gaming tools. If you have self-excluded and attempt to re-register, bk33cm reserves the right to close the new account immediately and void any associated balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on bk33cm. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk33cm reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate balances derived from bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bk33cm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify bk33cm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bk33cm strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Any activity carried out on your account prior to bk33cm receiving notice of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.

bk33cm may at any time, and will in all cases prior to processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold, require you to complete identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name, or front-of-card image for Visa/Mastercard).
• Any additional documentation that bk33cm's compliance team reasonably requires in order to satisfy its anti-money laundering obligations.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe — generally 14 calendar days from the date of the request — will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. bk33cm is not obliged to release funds held in a suspended account until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All bk33cm accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion's terms. Exchange rates applicable to international card transactions are determined by the relevant card network and are outside bk33cm's control.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bk33cm currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Players are responsible for checking the current cashier page for the latest list of supported channels.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your bk33cm wallet within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• bk33cm does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bk33cm account.
• bk33cm does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Such charges are your sole responsibility.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. bk33cm reserves the right to request withdrawal to an alternative method where the original method is unavailable or where anti-money laundering procedures require it.
• Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within four (4) hours. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may extend to three (3) to five (5) business days depending on the issuing bank.
• bk33cm reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal where verification documents have not been provided, where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, or where a transaction pattern triggers an automated compliance alert.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be displayed in the cashier. No maximum single withdrawal limit is applied at bk33cm's discretion, though daily limits may apply during peak periods and will be communicated via the cashier.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only the net winnings derived from wagering with bonus funds — after applicable wagering requirements have been met — are eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bk33cm offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to this Agreement and to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which shall be read together with and form part of this Agreement.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated on the promotion page at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money wallet. Wagers are drawn from your real-money balance first. Bonus funds become active only after your real-money balance reaches zero.
• bk33cm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited and partially wagered will be honoured under the terms active at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Opting into a new promotion automatically forfeits any uncompleted bonus wagering in progress.
• bk33cm reserves the right to claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where the platform determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-variance games to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to benefit disproportionately from a promotion.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural occasions — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments — are subject to the same general bonus terms unless a specific carve-out is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on bk33cm are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider maintains independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) certification. bk33cm does not alter return-to-player (RTP) configurations from those certified by the provider. Game results are final once the game round has completed and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.

bk33cm offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — as well as other sports. • bk33cm reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the platform was unaware of the event's start at the time of acceptance, or where the odds were clearly erroneous.
• Maximum stake limits per market may apply and will be displayed on the bet slip. bk33cm reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any player without notice.
• In the event of a game or match being abandoned or suspended before the minimum playtime required for settlement has elapsed, all affected bets will be settled according to the applicable sporting rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, bk33cm reserves the right to declare all bets or game rounds affected by that malfunction void. A "technical malfunction" includes, but is not limited to, server errors, database corruption, software bugs, or telecommunications failures. bk33cm will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct malfunctions promptly. No liability is accepted for losses suffered as a result of a malfunction beyond the return of any staked amounts directly involved in the affected round.

7 Responsible Gaming

bk33cm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost via the responsible gaming section of account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total net loss you may incur within a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets or is reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk33cm platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by bk33cm.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify a technical error are required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any platform employees to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event on which bk33cm offers betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that violates anti-money laundering legislation.
• Registering more than one account or providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during the registration or verification process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk33cm staff, other players, or any third party associated with the platform via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk33cm platform — including but not limited to the bk33cm brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, game interfaces supplied under licence from third-party providers, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bk33cm and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of bk33cm. Any unauthorised use of bk33cm's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk33cm's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk33cm expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether bk33cm had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Losses caused by events outside bk33cm's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages.

The bk33cm platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty, express or implied, is given as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data

bk33cm collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at bk33cm.app/privacy-policy.

bk33cm uses SSL encryption (256-bit) to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes. bk33cm does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

12 Suspension & Termination

bk33cm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• A regulatory or law enforcement requirement to close the account.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of bk33cm's platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules and the resulting balance returned to your payment method.

13 Amendments

bk33cm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, bk33cm will provide notice by publishing the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address or via an in-platform alert.

Your continued use of the bk33cm platform following the publication of an amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk33cm is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through bk33cm's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

bk33cm operates as an offshore platform and does not represent that its services are authorised or regulated by any Bangladeshi governmental or regulatory authority. Players based in Bangladesh access the platform on their own initiative and remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
